Each number here was taken from the exam body’s own current PDF, is stamped with the date it was checked, and links to the source so you can confirm it. Nobody else in this category shows you where their numbers came from.

Sending a 7 MB photo up a slow connection takes longer than the whole job does here. Nothing is transferred, so a 12-megapixel photo becomes a compliant file in about a second, even on a patchy connection.

IBPS wants four files: photograph, signature, left thumb impression and a handwritten declaration, each with its own size. Most tools handle the first and leave you stuck on the rest. All four are here, with a single ZIP at the end.

Some files genuinely cannot satisfy a minimum size at the required dimensions. Instead of quietly handing you something the portal will reject, it says so, gives you the closest result, and explains what to change.

“KB” means 1,000 bytes to some systems and 1,024 to others, and portals never say which. A file can read as 49.9 KB one way and 51.1 KB the other. Every result here is aimed at the overlap, so it passes either check.
Why the source matters
SSC changed its application to capture your photograph live, and its 2026 notification states that anyone who photographs an existing photo will have their application rejected.
So the “SSC CGL photo size” every guide still quotes does not exist any more, and following it walks you into the exact failure you were trying to avoid. We found that by reading the notification. It is written up, dated, and linked to the source.
